11. The amount of the fund will be used: (1) The amount of the fund will be used for the following activities in order to benefit the economically, socially, and culturally backward class communities and castes and citizens of remote and backward areas:-

p>(a) To conduct an emergency relief program to be conducted with the participation of civil servants,
(b) To assist in the rehabilitation of persons affected by natural or non-natural calamities,
(c) To conduct various sheep training programs,
(d) To provide essential social services such as education, health, drinking water or to protect the environment,
(e) To provide necessary support in the field of other contributions deemed appropriate by the Central Committee.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the amount of the fund shall not be barred from being used for the welfare of civil servants.
(3) The work according to sub-rule (1) can be done in collaboration with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, organizations or communities.
(4) Plans and programs approved by the Central Committee as per sub-rule (1) and the details of the funds allocated for that work shall be made public by the Central Committee.
